3.3.1. Client data: name, date of birth, Client photo and other personal data provided by the Client in his/her personal profile;
3.3.2. Client contact information: phone number, email address;
3.3.3. Communication data: conversations about the provision of services in the online environment and through other communication channels; communication between Individual entrepreneur and the Client by email or regular mail.
3.3.4. Bank information required to make payment for services: including bank card number, home and postal addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, URLs, bank cards.
3.3.5. Service related data, such as information, inquiries and complaints related to the provision of services.
4. Client data processing purposes
Individual entrepreneur processes client data in order to:
4.1. Provide high-quality services to the Client and manage Client relations.
Individual entrepreneur processes Client data in order to enter into and fulfill the Client agreement in accordance with the Website Terms of Use.
4.2. Protect legal interests of the Client and examine the quality of service.
4.3. Provide additional services to the Client, perform market analysis and compile statistical data, particularly make offers with the consent of the Client or at the discretion of Individual entrepreneur in order to provide the best service to the Client.
4.4. Prove and protect claims based on the fulfillment of the agreement or other lega obligation or on legal interests of Individual entrepreneur, particularly for preparing requests, etc.
4.5. Receive payments through payment service providers.
5. Persons eligible to receive Client data
5.1. Client data can be transferred and processed in cooperation with legal authorities of the (such as notaries, bailiffs, judges, and other officials).
5.2. Auditors, legal and financial advisers or other persons authorized by Individual entrepreneur.
6. Duration of data storage
6.1. Client data will not be processed longer than necessary. Service periods will be based on Client agreements, legal interests of Individual entrepreneur or applicable laws (such as accounting laws, business rules, and other legal provisions).
7. Private rights
The Client of Individual entrepreneur (private person) has the following rights in relation to personal data processing:
7.1. Request the correction of inadequate, inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
7.2. Request information on whether Individual entrepreneur processes Client’s personal data and access such data.
7.3. Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
7.4. Restrict the processing of personal data in accordance with the applicable law, particularly when the Client requested the correction or deletion of his/her personal data.
7.5. Request the deletion of his/her data, particularly when data is processed on the basis of the consent, and the Client withdraws his/her consent. The deletion of data cannot be requested if personal data for which the deletion is requested also run on other grounds, particularly on the basis of an agreement or legal obligation.
7.6. Receive personal data provided by the Client and processed in accordance with the agreement, in writing or electronically, or, if technically possible, transfer data to another provider (the right to transfer data).
7.7. Object to the processing of personal data.
7.8. File a complaint against the processing of personal data with the Data Protection Inspectorate if the Client believes that his/her personal data are processed unreasonably or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
